Join VGIC staff and our esteemed panelists from Nissan, PG&E, Kaluza, and VGIC for an insightful webinar!
Electric vehicles (EVs) have enormous potential to help us address multiple problems at once. They can significantly lower energy costs for consumers, reduce harmful air pollution, and contribute to a more resilient electricity system by storing energy in their batteries for use during extreme weather events. Current technology allows an electric car battery to power a home for up to three days. These mobile energy sources can also be moved where they’re needed most during power outages, like backing up medical centers, fire stations, and food stores.
This webinar explored federal and state EV policies, highlighting new technologies that enable EVs to function as mobile batteries.
Join VGIC staff and industry experts to learn how storage- and solar-integrated EV charging can serve as key levers in the transition to a clean energy grid.
Learn from experts at Ford Motor Company and Nuvve on the implications of federal infrastructure bill for EV and EV-charging industries, and best practices for states seeking to incorporate VGI into their EV investment plans.
Learn from experts at Peninsula Clean Energy and General Electric about the benefits of vehicle-grid integration and for fleets and EVs. Access the recording
